"I felt very reassured by their knowledge and bedside manner"

Recently attended Endoscopy Unit, Mid Ulster Hospital. From start to finish all members of staff were professional, courteous, introduced themselves, and explained the details of the procedures in depth. 

I felt very reassured by their knowledge and bedside manner.  The care during the procedures was excellent, and the member of staff doing my discharge covered everything in great detail.

 With so much ongoing negatvity in respect to the NHS in the media, I would like to give a big shout out to the staff.....well done, you are an example to your profession.
