I went to the desk to book a pharmacy review. I didn’t have the letter so wasn’t sure f the appointment was a face to face or telephone meeting. The receptionist promptly found the letter to book me in. I also had had an appointment with the muscular skeletal practitioner a couple of weeks ago and he had sent me some exercises. The email he sent had gone into my junk and I could not forward it to me emails. The receptionist called me back to say that he would contact me when he returns from leave.
