Having suffered shoulder pain for a week with a holiday due shortly, I was anxious about getting some advice quickly. I decided to use the First Physio facility, my first time and got an appointment for the next day, albeit in Tring but not a problem. The physiotherapist was very thorough, able to diagnose what was wrong, advised on medication and emailed me some exercises, which is brilliant as I can do them while away. Also advised on follow up treatment, should this be necessary. I’m so reassured and feeling much happier. A brilliant service. So glad I am with this practice. Thank you.
