I recently attended at ENT with my mum. We had an appointment with Dr Vallumkondu who was lovely with my mum. Lovely natured Dr who was kind and professional and took some biopsies that had been concerning my mum. My mum was delighted with her treatment and it makes all the difference to someone that can be quite anxious about appointments. The nurse was also lovely so just want to say thank you for the kindness shown.
