I was unwell for approx 3 weeks. My husband made me book an appointment. Contacted by someone from the practice who took my details and history. The next day I was face to face with another practitioner and she reviewed me and took bloods. The next day I was back to have an ecg. Awaiting blood results to see what the results would be.
Same day telephone call that afternoon and prescribed antibiotics.
Very helpful staff, and I felt as through I was wasting time but on reflection I was ill and happy that millgate sorted my problem.
