"An excellent experience with a very caring practitioner"

About: Manchester Royal Infirmary / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as a service user),

I attended the physiotherapy department at Manchester foundation trust, based at Manchester Royal infirmary. Care and treatment I got was excellent. I was treated as a whole person and given the opportunity to be involved in planning for my care, and to offload my emotions about how difficult things have been.

I was given an excellent package of exercises, with clear explanations of how they would help. I felt involved and informed all the way along my journey, was given the choice of how soon I would be reviewed. 

All in all an excellent experience with a very caring practitioner.
