"Ridiculously long wait - possibly for ever??"

About: Hexham General Hospital

I attended a clinic on January 4th 2024 to be measured for insoles. I was told they would arrive in about 6 weeks. It is now 4 months - still no sign. I also find it impossible to phone the correct department to find out where on earth they are. What is the point of my consultant referring me for a service that does not work???
