About: Crouch Oak Family Practice

I've had a really good experience with this practice. The staff have been friendly and helpful. I really like the online form system, unfortunately it's been down recently but I was very happy to find that the practice will phone you back at your place in the queue so that you don't have to stay on hold. This really took the stress out of trying to get through and there is a live web link (sent via text) to see what place in the call queue you are at.

The GP I saw gave me treatment on the same day and he was so kind and professional and filled me with confidence. Big thank you to the whole team.
