"The treatment I received was second to none"

About: Bodmin Community Hospital / Outpatients

(as a service user),

I had the pleasure of using the Out Patient Dept of Bodmin Hospital recently (Aural Care Service).

The treatment I received was second to none. The nurse, Sarah, was absolutely first class both in administering treatment to my ears and comprehensively explaining current problems and future management.

My meeting with Sarah was on time and was completed in less than 40 minutes.

The receptionist was knowledgeable and advised me accordingly. The hospital was well looked after and spotless throughout.

I was most impressed by my visit and look forward to my next appointment - Hopefully with nurse Sarah.

My sincerest thanks to all involved.

PS. Delighted not to pay parking fee!
