"Impossible "

After seeing the GP in November I was told nothing can be done for children with ASD until 6 (son is 5). This is incorrect, I asked for help. I was directed to the early help service (son with ASD traits) who later told me they don't take GP referrals. School have asked me again to make appointment so I have rang on the 22nd of April and told that doctor doesn't work here anymore so good news we can see someone else but they are all on holiday and they will call me back next Monday. Its now the Friday 3rd of May no contact. Ringing and ringing you get to number 2 in the que then disconnected. Is there any point in them having a phone? All I want is an appointment and help and I have been trying to sort since November.
