"Made a scary day much easier"

I have been scared of the dentist for as long as I can remember and I recently had an appointment for an extraction and two fillings. I had been referred by my own private dentist for sedation, so the idea of meeting with a new team was very scary for me.

I was absolutely terrified but Tom (the dentist), Carrie-Anne & Kate (the nurses) were the loveliest people ever and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer team. 

They were so patient, reassuring and understanding of my anxieties and really calmed me down. They were really gentle too and after the procedure, informed my partner & I all about the aftercare I had to carry out. 

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you all for making a scary day much easier.
