Initial consultation was very thorough and I was advised to have the lesion removed. All of the staff were friendly and reassuring.

The procedure was scheduled quickly and carried out perfectly. The explanations of what would happen and how to care for the wound were comprehensive and caring.

All of the staff were very kind and helpful.
