About: Ophthalmology / Eye Casuality and Orthopics

(as the patient),

NHS on steroids. 

I received a phone call within 30 minutes of being referred by optician. Invited to attend immediately. I was treated with absolute respect and friendliness by ALL staff and made to feel a part of the "family" in that department.

I received exceptional care well beyond that expected. I was referred to an eye surgeon and seen in less than 3 weeks.

It was perfection. Well done guys
