About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Lymington

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Nice people, very pleasant, not too nosey. Very helpful.

Referred by GP.

Cannot sleep in hospital beds -so much better to stay at home.

Feeling well now.

I am quite independent, do every thing myself as much as I can.

Every week I go shopping.

They are always nice.
