"A cheery and delightful person"

About: Fife Community Services / Community Treatment and Care (CTAC)

(as the patient),

Community treatment and care staff, Fife.

I recently attended at my local surgery to have blood taken. I always dread this, and am always nervous.

I found the practitioner, Tracy, to be a cheery and delightful person to deal with.

After introducing herself and checking my details she put my mind at rest, allowing me to relax, and before I knew it, my bloods were taken.

Well done Tracey, put an old man's mind at rest.

Good evening Jimmy64.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. I am delighted to hear that you were made to feel at ease and that all went smoothly.

I will ensure this is shared with the wider Team, and. if you let me know where you had the blood taken I can pass this onto Tracy directly.

Best Wishes

Karen
