About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

I visited the Admissions Lounge for a planned surgery today and it was my first ever. I was so overwhelmed and upset but the response from the staff there was more than I could have asked for. The receptionist was quite honestly an angel as were they all! They made me feel so much better. The nurses and support workers as always were so caring and cheered me up through an extremely tough time especially when my surgery was cancelled last minute. They truly went above and beyond and have made me feel better about coming for my surgery next time.

I just don't think I thanked them as much as I should've so I really hope this gets passed on to them somehow.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback with us. I was sorry to read that your surgery was cancelled at last minute but it was lovely to read that during this extremely tough time you felt cared for by all the team in the admission lounge. I was pleased they cheered you up and made you feel better about having to come back for your surgery at a later date.
