I was recently a patient at the Day Surgery Unit at QMH. I was so nervous about my operation but the staff put my mind at ease from the minute I walked in.
Every single staff member I spoke with were so friendly and professional. Special thanks go to Nurses Ali, Rachel and Karen. Support Workers Fiona and Ali. John from theatre. Aneasthetisits John and Louise and ODP Chris and of course my surgeon Dr Lim.
You are all amazing and a credit to the NHS, I cannot thank you all enough!
