(as the patient),

I recently damaged my shoulder  and required an x-ray to check. I was expecting a long dreaded wait and terrible service but instead I got a really quick response and great help from the staff, everyone involved. Lauren in MIU was especially helpful and called me up after to give me aftercare advice after she noticed something else. Really changed my perception of the NHS in scotland.

I'm sorry to hear of your recent damage to your shoulder. I really hope you are on the mend now. Thank you so much for taking the time to write about your positive experience in the x-ray department.
