(as a service user),

Ankle Debridement/Surgery

Day surgery appt, arrived at requested time.

Taken excellent care of from start to finish.

All staff were friendly, professional and reassuring.

I've been unfortunate to have had a number of hospital stays, this was by far the best experience.
