My elderly mother was admitted to A&E on easter Sunday the ambulance crew were wonderful . The doctor in A&E his name was jordan probably one of the best doctors we have ever seen in a a&e he was so thorough to be honest he is a credit to the trust . Mum was moved to the orthopaedic ward again the staff were lovely nothing a trouble. Mum was then moved to the elderly ward again staff were lovely and worked so so hard. The Matron regarding this matter Thankfully heard what was going on and intervened so a big thank you to her. . I would
Just like to say I hope that the Doctors within the Care of the Elderly have learnt by this appalling service from them and show some empathy we hope this will never happen to any other families they should be shown respect and at least discussed in private with all the Family .
.
"Excellent Doctor in A&E"
