(as a service user),

I recently attended the PMB clinic for an examination. The consultant & nursing team were amazing. They explained everything really well and put me at ease. They were all professional, caring, empathetic & treated me with respect. They also protected my privacy & dignity throughout the whole appointment. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring team to take me through the process.
