About: Grantham & District Hospital / General surgery Grantham & District Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Admitted onto very clean, bright ward under the supervision of very polite and friendly staff.

Was informed of the procedure for the day and attended to throughout my stay.

Op was successful, allowing me to leave after several hours recuperating.

If grading my experience out of 10, I would have to give them the full 10, for their attentive care.

Dear AMS*

Thank you for your post as this really has a huge effect on the morale of the staff when patients take the time to write in about their experience.

I am so pleased, as the Matron of the Hub, to read that you would give us 10 out of 10 and that you were kept informed throughout the whole process
