"Great service"

I attended the express diagnostics in Plymouth Science Park today.. Wednesday 1st May 2024. I had to have a heart monitor installed on me for 7 days. I suffer with PTSD and anxiety so was worried. A very friendly lovely young lady applied the monitor and made me feel so at ease with her friendly attitude. She explained everything to me about the monitor and after she installed it on me I felt reassured knowing that I didn't have to worry. Thank you for your professional and friendly and calming attitude towards myself. You should be so proud of yourself for the excellent work you do. Once again thank you so much.
