Both Mr. H and Mr. R have looked after my eye surgery beautifully. They have given me so much more confidence. I am delighted. All the nursing and theatre staff deserve credit in the day surgery department. I could not have been looked after any better.

The clinic staff where pre op and aftercare is carried out are all kind and friendly. My only complaint was the Dr I saw after the second surgery. I had never seen this woman before. I was invited into the room where I was rushed through an appointment. The woman didn’t look at my op-site or discuss my operations. When you have to book two hours or your own very precious time out. The least one should expect is to be told how the surgeons felt the operations had gone. She explained nothing. I think we exchanged less than 20 words. It does reflect on what the rest of the excellent team have done. Fortunately, the rest of my experience has been faultless. So please don’t take this as a criticism of the department. Just her. The rest of you - thank you. I am so grateful.
