I had an appointment on April 22nd to have a punch biopsy of a mole. The staff in the appointment were so friendly and made me feel completely relaxed while explaining what will happen, the aftercare and talking to me while the dermatologist was doing the biopsy. I'm sure they make everyone feel so welcome and supported at appointments!
