Your Pharmacist contacted myself with regard to why I hadn’t placed an order for my repeat medication for 4.5 months.
I don’t understand how since September 2023 I have had a pacemaker implant, an attempt to remove a malignant bladder tumour, one week in Whiston Hospital with severe kidney infection.
In December 2023 I had my bladder, prostate gland and various lymph nodes removed at the Royal Hospital in Liverpool. On each occasion I was given my meds plus extras so there was no requirement to re-order.
What is so annoying and worrying is that the pharmacist couldn’t find any evidence of this period and I have proof that Marshall’s Cross Medical Centre was copied on every single document that was generated during this extremely stressful and painful time.
If possible could you please explain why this has happened and why after 48 hours I still have not had any contact from your practice management although you have explained the situation with the telephones.
