"Naturally caring, pleasant yet professional"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I had a colposcopy at Pilgrim Hospital Boston. Ms Rao along with Emma & Emma were simply amazing.

From the moment they called my name in the waiting room to saying good bye to me, they made me feel so relaxed and at ease, everything was explained to me in great detail and I needed to ask no questions.

They chatted happily to me and at no point was it forced or robotic. These are the sort of people that the NHS need more of. I can't praise them all enough. Naturally caring, pleasant yet professional. I was lucky to have had my appointment on their shift.

Dear Teddy Smith

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this lovely feedback for our team following your recent visit to Gynaecology outpatients at Pilgrim Hospital. As a team we appreciate it can be such a worrying time for our ladies. It is lovely to hear that the staff were able to make you feel and ease and provide you with the care and support you required. I will share your kind words with the team and especially those who you have named personally.

Kind Regards

Tanya Wilson
