Was lucky enough to be sent here by the NHS to have a Total Shoulder Replacement. I cannot emphasise enough how wonderful all the staff are. So caring, efficient, friendly and most of all the expertise of the surgeon. The catering was amazing, everyone was just wonderful. The whole experience was pleasant and professional. I would recommend anyone to come here if they could afford to go private or be lucky enough to be sent by the NHS. Thank you all so so much :-)
