About: Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital (Wonford) / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

I dislocated my left shoulder at home in Devon due to trauma on two separate occasions. 

Both times Royal Devon & Exeter A&E staff were just superb. Busy as always but triage was almost immediate, as was pain relief followed by X-rays and treatment. All staff demonstrated empathy, kindness, professionalism & skill. A wonderful example of excellent service. The reception staff were also brilliant, efficient & empathetic.

Congratulations Royal Devon & Exeter A&E and a massive thank you to every member of staff who helped treat me.
