"Brilliant staff"

I would like to leave some positive feedback for my recent appointment for a Smear Test. I appreciated greatly that she called me in for the appointment before the start time as soon as she saw that I was waiting in reception. I am particularly nervous and really found this helpful. Also, the way she helped ease my anxieties by keeping me distracted , removing all self-consciousness I was feeling. I wanted to say thank you to her, she's a credit to the service.
