"So thankful for such talented and warm individuals"

I am writing to say how impressed I was with the staff at the Day Procedure Ward at the South Tyrone hospital.

From Isobel, the nurse who explained everything to me at the start in such a clear, warm and empathetic manner, through to those who looked after me after my colonoscopy, they were all truly outstanding.

An anaesthetist (Tim) was great at getting the cannula into my very narrow vein and was so very pleasant and again very warm. Endoscopist Claire was brilliant at putting me at ease in the theatre, very ably assisted by Aine and Jeanette.

I cannot praise each of these individuals enough for how they made a rather daunting experience as easy as they could. At every turn nothing was a bother to any of them and it was very clear to me that they love their job or rather vocation because it showed in how they treated me with such dignity and respect. 

Whoever reads this feedback, I trust that it will be passed on to the relevant individuals for their encouragement for a job very well done. So thankful for such talented and warm individuals flying the flag for our NHS.
