Poor experience today I have had a call to look into my medication, I had noticed that I have suspected side effects and was told I need to be seen F2F but I would have to call in the morning between 08:00 > 08:30 to book a appointment for this why can this not be done by the practice? Booking appointments is a terrible experience either the site has too many request or you are stuck on hold only to find out there are no appointments..
