"Great Friendly Service"

This afternoon I had an appointment for an ECG at 5.15pm. I arrived one hour early and was greeted by a very friendly Receptionist who was helpful and informed me where I needed to go and helped me with my parking query. When I arrived at the ECG department I informed them that I was very early and sat down to read my book. There were 2 people in front of me who were seen and then they saw me. Both members of staff were friendly and courteous. I had my procedure and was back in my car after 30 mins and 30 minutes before I was supposed to be seen.

I cannot thank the staff I met today enough for their friendlyness and professionalism. This is the 2nd time I have visited this hospital and it has not disappointed me. Thank you.
