"Not helpful "

ihave lower back pain radiating to left thigh i have called my gb on 23/04/24 as emergency reception refused to book ad they advised me to call 111 as I can’t walk, stand up, sleep or do my normal activities ambulance attend at 4am in morning on 24.04.24 (patients initials: ses cad 4895 and try to help as much as they can “thank you to london ambulance, tried to call my gb as pain still on place and getting worse they are unprofessional to deal witch the situation and busy I called 4-5 times to confirm my prescription and receptionist ignored my inquiry and been rude she said will contact doctor to write my prescription and didn’t happen now i have to be another night feeling pain again with no medication and she’s relaxing so is this is how Greenford fhb gb dealing with patients

So I have written this complaint from my experience with Greenford fhb hanwell
