"Very helpful and didn't patronize me"

About: Community Therapy Services / Lymington and New Milton

(as the patient),

Broke my ankle and needed equipment to support my rehabilitation. 2 occupational health nurses came out to assess my needs. This is the first real help I have been offered with regards to information and support available to me. They were very helpful and didn’t patronize me just because of my age which has been a common theme since the accident.

Hello

Thank you very much for taking the time to comment on the New Milton and Lymington Therapy team. It is good to know that you felt supported, more informed and that they communicated well.

Kind regards
