"Getting an Appointment "

When I first came to this practice from the Birdhurst Medical Practice in September 2023 I thought I was in luck. Loads of GP’s; nurse practitioner’s, nurses, health care assistants and the list goes on. Was sent for blood tests as so many things going on needed answers to. Never given the results. Book appointments and f I can, get cancelled by text on the day due. Call up to rebook, 2 to 3 week waiting list.! Told to go to A&E!

So my initial happiness and hopefulness has evaporated completely and I’m now back to frustration, anxiety, anger and physical pain and stress.
