I first registered online with this practice on Monday 22nd April. I called the surgery 3 days later as I hadn’t heard anything.
I was told my application was never received. I was then Questioned as to why my chosen email address name is different from my Registered Name. I was confused. It was humiliating as I was made out to be a Fraud!
I was advised to re-submit form and email separately.
I did so however I am still waiting for a reply.
I have long term serous medical issues and I am on regular medication.
The reason I left my previous practice was because of the failure in duty of care and administrative care.
It’s very frustrating for me to have to go through this at only in the registration process
