About: Paediatrics / Paediatric Day Surgery Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

2 year wait for procedure aside, when my daughter finally had her adenoids and tonsils out, it was well organised.

The prep materials, including the little journey app that the hospital sent, were really useful for getting her ready and knowing what to expect. It helped her feel at ease with what was going on.

On the day all professionals who cared for her and supported us were friendly, welcoming and experienced. This made the day go as smoothly as it could do and put us all at ease.
