(as a parent/guardian),

My 4-year-old daughter was treated for what turned out to be a fractured arm at RAH A&E.

We were quickly seen by Michelle and can't thank her enough for the care received.

Michelle made a stressful experience much easier and put my daughter at ease, so much so on our weekly check ups at the x-ray department she is always asks for Michelle hoping we will see her there. We can't thank her enough. 

The X-Ray team and plastering team were also fantastic and very patient - the stickers given at the end went down so well.
