Rachel and Kelly have both been very kind and friendly. They have tried to help me with my shoulder and arm pain.

I find it difficult to move at times, but Rachel has visited regularly and supported me. She is a lovely lady, always happy, smiling and we enjoy a laugh and a chat.

My dog also loves her, especially when helping me walk outside and Rachel helped me take him on a short walk.

I will miss her visits, it's a shame she can't keep coming
