The person at the surgery reception who helped me was brilliant. She was friendly, attentive, ensured that I had the correct form for the test I needed, and afterwards called to remind me of a couple of other things I needed to attend to. Thank you.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for the feedback regarding one of our receptionist. I am pleased you received good customer service. The reception window is a busy place and I am happy that the receptionist took the time to call you to remind of items she felt were important. Your feedback will be shared with the team for the purpose of learning and to encourage other receptionist to go the extra step to provide a good service.
