My mother made a phone call to Halton medical practice following up a problem with her repeat prescription. Nothing new there as every month we have the same issues with incomplete prescriptions and are left running around pharmacies trying to collect the missing items. But this is a whole new level of poor customer service by whoever is manning the phones on the morning of 29th April 2024. They need to get rid. A few simple questions was clearly too hard for the shallow minded individual, speaking down to my mother on the phone as if she was royalty. She refused to give her name or transfer the call to the practice manager or another member of staff before putting the phone down. This will be taken further I will make sure of it and this woman needs to be out of a job the absolute waste of space.
