About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Dermatology

(as a service user),

Everything from ringing, booking appts to having an appointment, so easy; was seen at Dermatology Dept, staff all friendly, everything explained clearly, felt at ease and staff very on the ball checking details etc name dob/address.

Was glad to hold nurses hand during procedure.

Dept very clean.
