About: Pearl Medical Centre

This is the third time in recently we have been in very poor health no appointments had ring 111 and go to different medical centres. Whole family is ill with viral symptoms especially coughing and vomiting.Can not get appointment with own doctor.

Dear Mr Bashir,

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your experience with the surgery. We aim to provide the best possible healthcare to our patients, and offer a higher number of appointments on a weekly basis than contractually required. We have two release times for appointments, 8am for morning and 11.30 for afternoon appointments. We also offer patients to walk in at 9am on Saturdays to arrange an appointment. Once these GP appointments are fully booked, we will book patients at the pressure relief clinic, refer to a local pharmacy or direct the patient to 111, depending on the nature of the issue.
