"An unpleasant experience made more manageable by fantastic staff"

About: Royal Victoria Hospital / Gynaecology Royal Victoria Hospital / Radiology

(as the patient),

I had to attend a fairly invasive and painful scan at the level 4 imaging department at the RVH in Belfast.

The team who performed the procedure could not have been better. I was well informed about what was involved and staff checked in with me regularly throughout.

I was particularly grateful for the radiographer who chatted with me and held my hand when I was in pain and feeling frightened. An unpleasant experience made more manageable by fantastic staff. Thank you
