I was diagnosed with tonsular cancer.

I was treated with surgery, chemo and radiotherapy.

This was an incredibly difficult time for me and my family.

This is when I met my Head and neck CNS Clare.

Having her help me through this was incredible. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, supportive and gentle.

I have not enough words to describe this truly fantastic person.

It became so that I looked forward to my regular post treatment reviews, even though it involved a rather unpleasant procedure each time.

She had a completely holistic approach. She took an interest in me and my family. She made me feel valued, respected and safe. I cannot thank her enough.
