We have twice been to the Witney Community Hospital in the last year for illnesses with our two teenage children.
In both cases, we found the staff at reception to be kind, patient, and helpful. We were able to meet with a doctor, and both times it was Dr Bell, the out-of-hours GP.
Dr Bell is a wonderful GP. He is gentle, friendly, patient, and he really listens. He makes sure to say that it may feel rushed out there, but they are here for us now, there is no rush, and to take the time to heal, to get better, don't rush back.
He is very reassuring, and even though he is very busy and must see dozens of patients each day, he is completely focused on the patient in front of him. He is a lovely person and a credit to the NHS.
