(as a service user),

I had an emergency appointment for dental pain.   I had never been to Glasgow Dental Hospital and School before and I get very nervous having dental treatment.

I was treated by dentist Hazel and Nurse Lindsey. They put me as ease instantly.  They were efficient, kind and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for better.  

Genuinely the best experience I have ever had with dental treatment. I wish I could see them both regularly.  Both an absolute credit to the NHS.  I left out of pain and positive.  I cannot thank both enough.

Many thanks on behalf of the team at the Emergency Dental Treatment Centre, Glasgow Dental Hospital for taking the time to provide such positive feedback.

I was sorry to hear of the dental pain you had been suffering and realise how distressing this can be.

However it was great to hear that despite being nervous, Hazel and Lindsey were able to reassure you and made you feel at ease through their kindness and professionalism.

I am glad that you are now pain free.

It is always appreciated when patients provide positive feedback and I will ensure this is shared with Hazel and Lindsey.
