"Staff made me feel at ease"

About: Belfast City Hospital / Endoscopy Unit

(as the patient),

I do not like the oral prep for this test

The procedure itself was uncomfortable but bearable without any sedation.

The staff attending me were very good at making me feel at ease.

Thank you so much for taking the time to give the Endoscopy staff such positive feedback. I appreciate that the Bowel prep is unpleasant, but unfortunately essential for this procedure to be successful. I'm delighted the staff made you feel at ease during your procedure.
