I attended A&E recently.
I came with my foot and I am disabled I have MS and use a wheelchair.
My husband had to drop me off as I have a difficult home situation.
My son is also disabled. He is epileptic (not under control) and autistic.
So I was there on my own.
The lady on reception was lovely.
Very understanding of my situation.
I was told to wait in the waiting area which was fine.
I was seen by a doctor within 15 minutes who said I needed X-rays on my foot.
He was very understanding and appreciated my home situation as being very difficult.
He then said I can fast track you if that is ok with you with your situation.
He explained what happens which I was happy with.
I had X-rays, saw the doctor got my treatment and was home within an hour.
Amazing staff and very friendly.
Can’t thank them enough.
